MVNO is an abbreviation of “mobile virtual network operator.” basically, it is a wireless services provider that doesn’t own the wireless network infrastructure over which it provides services to its customers. It uses one or more major networks to provide the cell phone service.
Most MVNOs offer prepaid and postpaid phone plans making billing easy for consumers.
